Birr AGM 2024
Dear Club Member,
The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Birr GAA club will be held in-person on Friday 29th November 2024 in the County Arms Hotel commencing at 7:30pm.
The following arrangements will apply:
Members are asked to indicate their intention to attend the AGM by text to the Club Secretary on 086 243 8088 or by email to secretary.birr.offaly@gaa.ie at your earliest convenience to assist arrangements with the hotel.
Documentation will issue by email to all members, for whom we have emails, and also be published on a dedicated AGM 2024 Section on the Club website – www.birrgaa.ie
Members will receive the AGM Club Handbook by email. A limited number of hard copies of the Club Handbook will be available on the night of the AGM.
In preparation for the A.G.M. the following documentation is attached below for your attention:
1. Nomination form for Club Executive.
2. Annual General Meeting Motions Form.
Completed Nomination Forms and Notice of Motions should be placed in an envelope, addressed to the Secretary, Birr GAA Club and returned to Loughnane’s Centra, Tullamore Road, Birr on or before Friday 8th of November 2024.
Alternatively completed forms may be emailed to secretary.birr.offaly@gaa.ie
